Who you're hiring

I'm Quinn Osha, a 3x founder (2x solo technical) who builds AI for a living, not for slides.

I built DebuggAI, where the core is agent orchestration: multi-step agents over retrieval and reasoning, with the supervisory layers and evaluation needed to keep non-deterministic systems reliable in production. I've also built an autonomous agentic system that takes real actions through secure third-party integrations (email providers, Brex, enrichment APIs) with the wrappers, error-handling, and auditability that real actions demand.

I work daily in Python and TypeScript with LLMs, RAG, and vector stores, and I care a lot about the safety and supervision side: the part that actually matters once an agent is touching someone's money or hitting prod.

That background is the whole point of how I consult. I've shipped the hard parts (the evals, guardrails, and integrations that decide whether AI works in production), so I can tell you what's realistic and then go build it, instead of handing you a plan and hoping.
